    AHDB Potatoes is coordinating a seed potato trade stand area at the key international potato event, Potato Europe. For 2015 we are returning to this successful potato trade event, this year to be held in Tournai (Kain), Belgium.

  • 4th Symposium of Potato Cyst Nematode Management

    Potato cyst nematodes and a number of other plant parasitic nematodes, including species of Meloidogyne, Pratylenchus and Trichodorus, cause extensive damage to potatoes. The 4th Symposium of Potato Cyst Nematode Management will cover many aspects including biology, population dynamics, legislation - EU policy, international distribution, sampling and decision making, diagnostics, integrated management, resistance (including GM plants), cultural control, chemical control, biological control and novel control methods.
