    BOOKINGS ARE NOW CLOSED DUE TO OVERWHEMLING INTEREST IN THIS EVENT!

    Further Strategic Potato (SPot) Farm events are taking place during the summer including an Open Day at SPot Farm West's new site in Thorpe Constantine on 19 July 2016.

    This will be the first event of the season at SPot Farm West and the emphasis will be on taking things forward from last year. It’s a wonderful time to visit the Thorpe Constantine Estate and be among the first to visit the demonstrations.

    This will be the first big Open Day at our new SPot Farm site in the East, offering an innovative programme appropriate to the region and market sector, demonstrating cutting-edge techniques in a commercial scale potato growing environment.

    Bruce Farms, the multi-facetted Perthshire based agricultural business, is the host for a new project which aims to be of benefit to all of Scotland’s potato growers.

    Bruce Farms, based at Meigle in Perthshire will facilitate the new AHDB Strategic Potato Farm, a practical, farmer-driven project which aims to give growers the opportunity to examine and discuss new techniques and research.
