The evening will cover a range of topics with Eric Anderson of Scottish Agronomy looking at management of blackleg in terms of burndown and seed treatments, followed by herbicide use and related metribuzin sensitivity.

AHDB Potatoes’s Sophie Lock will talk about the export promotion work that AHDB Potatoes does to support the seed export success over the last 10 years and where this sector could go next. SASA’s John Ellicot will talk on the approach for inspections of seed for export. The workshop is followed by an informal meal at the venue, with plenty of opportunity to talk with industry colleagues, friends and neighbours. The evening is anticipated to close at 9.30pm.
