Potato Weekly

Potato Weekly summarises weekly price information gathered from the Potato Council’s own surveys. The Weekly Average Price Survey (WAPS) provides a good indication of the direction of the GB potato industry and produces the GB Weekly Average Price index and the GB Weekly Free-buy Price index. These quotes are from actual free-buy trades collected by a weekly telephone survey of buyers, growers and merchants on a Wednesday and Thursday.
