Stunning new exports stand for UK horticulture and potatoes at Fruit Logistica

20 January 2016

The UK’s Agriculture & Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) is hosting the largest UK potato and horticulture exports stand so far at Fruit Logistica, under our new AHDB Exports brand.

AHDB will be presenting its stunning exports stand in Hall 8.2 to showcase some of the UK’s leading horticulture, seed potato and crop science organisations.

Meet potato businesses Skea Organics and Moorhouse & Mohan, leading crop science and research institutions James Hutton Ltd and Cranfield University, crop storage experts from Sutton Bridge Crop Storage Research and plant health advisors from Scottish Government (SASA).

Horticultural growers and suppliers are represented by leading growers. A C Goatham, Angus Soft Fruits, Bedfordshire Growers and Frederick Hiam will be exploring export opportunities in soft fruit, tree fruit and field vegetables, alongside Cranfield University, who offer commercial and research services for horticultural and potato businesses.

AHDB Exports hosts the official UK Trade Reception on stand B-06, Hall 8.2 at the Berlin Messe on Thursday 4th February between 4-6pm. Horticultural, potato and related media visitors are warmly invited to attend the Reception to talk with our expert teams and with our industry co-exhibitors and to sample some quality British produce.

The Reception will be opened by AHDB’s Chairman, Sir Peter Kendall and co-hosted with UKTI.

Of course, we will be pleased to meet with you throughout the whole event.

If you would like to make a press appointment with us, please contact us to fix a convenient time. We look forward to seeing you in Berlin very soon.
